What to Expect
Prior to the ceremony, let's schedule a call to establish a connection and agree on the preferred start time. The journey typically spans 5-7 hours.
Upon your arrival, we'll engage in a discussion to clarify your intentions for the journey. Subsequently, I'll introduce calming breathing exercises and gentle movement techniques to invigorate your body.
The medicine, administered in the form of tea, will be pre-prepared before your arrival. Dosing will be agreed upon in advance. This tea, crafted by combining ground truffles with lemon juice for psilocybin extraction, is infused with ginger for digestion. Effects may manifest within 20-30 minutes, peaking at 1-2 hours, followed by a gradual descent.
Post-tea consumption, I'll invite you to recline comfortably on a prepared sofa bed, complete with bedding, a gravity blanket, and a specialized eye mask known as a 'Mindfold'. Maintaining this relaxed position fosters surrender to the experience, minimizing external visual distractions. Should you need to use the restroom or experience dizziness upon standing, simply signal, and I'll provide assistance.
Initiating the journey, I'll conduct a soothing sound bath using various instruments, followed by curated playlist selections and intermittent live music performances. Participants may encounter intense emotions, constituting a natural part of the healing process. Rest assured, I'll monitor your well-being attentively, intervening only upon request.
As the medicine remains active for 24 hours, residual effects may persist post-ceremony. For safety, overnight stay at the venue is recommended, or an earlier start time if returning home the same day. Alternatively, ceremonies can be conducted at your residence, with my presence until your comfort and safety are assured.
Attire should prioritize comfort, and essentials include a water bottle and journal. You're welcome to bring family photos or meaningful items, although this is optional.
Upon receipt of completed forms, I'll assess your suitability for the journey and subsequently issue an invoice for the agreed-upon date, totaling 350 euros plus VAT. Payment arrangements, including installment options, can be accommodated, with 50% due upon booking.
If travel to your location is required, Uber costs will be included. Ensuring a quality Bluetooth speaker or sound system at your residence is essential, along with following preparation guidelines for the space and bedding. A list of recommended refreshments for the ceremony will also be provided.
